Upon activation of our services, we will do our best to ensure a timely delivery of every service requested. Accuracy of the submissions is your responsibility. If additional information cannot be gathered, the submission will be processed as received.

You will be emailed a confirmation once our services have been rendered. Any changes/updates or additional information needed for your USDOT Number will be communicated via your provided email. 

Accuracy of the provided information is your responsibility, and U.S Carrier Registration does not independently verify this information. You affirm compliance with all relevant laws, including data privacy laws, and necessary authorizations in sharing personal information through these services.

Submission of a Report implies your authorization to act on behalf of the Subject of the Report.

While U.S Carrier Registration assists in report preparation and submission, acceptance by USDOT/FMCSA/FINCEN or compliance with 49 CFR/ the Corporate Transparency Act or any other agency is not guaranteed. U.S Carrier Registration does not offer legal or professional advice.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms & Privacy

U.S. Carrier Registration (“we,” “us”) offers customers the ability to receive SMS text messages related to the federal motor carrier compliance services they request (UCR, MCS-150 biennial updates, BOC-3, MC Authority, Driver Qualification Files, and drug & alcohol testing consortium enrollment).

Types of messages: account notifications, secure payment links for services you requested, filing status and confirmation messages, and filing renewal reminders.

How we obtain consent: Consent to receive SMS is collected verbally when a customer calls our line at 877-279-0995 and requests a compliance service, or in writing through a form on this website. We log the consent associated with each phone number.

No sharing of mobile data — required disclosure: No mobile information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Phone numbers may only be passed to subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our SMS provider).

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts. Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call 877-279-0995.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

No refunds will be issued for completed processing services.

Once submission has been processed by (U.S Carrier Registration) (the processor)  submits documents to the appropriate agencies.

No refunds will be issued after “processing” of documentation has taken place. 

You may cancel this transaction for refund if services have not been rendered within 3 days of purchase date minus -2.9% processing fees and $.30 cents per transaction 

If you cancel, you must return the goods to the address listed  within twenty-one days of the date you receive back the payments.

To cancel this transaction, email your USDOT number and a request for cancellation to info@ucrplan.us. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

UCR permits that are not able to be filed (improper operation designation or already completed) will be allocated to the following registration year. You may be contacted for additional information.
